With 15 years of experience in managing events for countless organizations, and 20 years of sales management experience, James has been directly responsible for thousands of events in New York, Boston and Baltimore.

VP of Human Resources & Operations

Cindy Doyle is the Vice President of Human Resources & Operations at Amerivents with responsibilities expanding across the Human Resource Department in supporting all staff and clients. A graduate from Concordia College – NY with a BA in Social Science (Psychology focus) and a Master of Science in Business Leadership. Her passion for events and compassion for people have led her to working full time in Human Resources and Operations in the hospitality industry.

Director of Client & Staff Relations
Nicole is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BA in English. She brings over 25 years of experience in Marketing and Project Management from the consumer packaged goods industry. Her strong organizational skills, cross-functional teamwork, and senior leadership experience align with her role in business development and operations at Amerivents.

Client & Staff Relationships Manager
Miranda, a Kansas City native turned New Yorker, brings a background in recruiting and performance digital marketing to Amerivents. She adds a unique perspective to staffing through 10 years of personal experience in the hospitality industry, bringing successful campaigns to market, guiding talented individuals to new careers, and establishing meaningful client relationships across a wide range of industries.

Director of Client & Staff Relationships
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, she combines academic foundation with real-world expertise to drive strategic growth initiatives. Alyssa's role centers on expanding the company's presence in hospitality events while leading the development and execution of complex staffing projects for both new and existing clients. Known for her relationship-driven approach, Alyssa excels at building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients across the hospitality industry. She leads initiatives that demand both operational excellence and creative problem-solving, ensuring that each project not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Her ability to balance innovation with proven hospitality practices has made her an asset in delivering exceptional staffing solutions for high-profile events and venues.

Director of Employee Experience

Khris is a graduate of Salisbury University with a BA in Communication Arts. She brings 20+ years of experience in large-scale organization, interpersonal mediation, and schedule management as the sole Admissions and Operational Director at a TriBeCa preschool. Her compassion and ability to build trust ensures strong relationships are built and maintained with all Amerivents talent.

Senior HR & Talent Operations Manager

A graduate from SUNY Plattsburgh with a BS in Communication Studies, minoring in Business Administration and Global Supply Chain Management. Rebecca has worked across hospitality, ecommerce, healthcare, and retail, interacting with people daily. As a sociable and straightforward person, she shines at building strong relationships and is passionate about connecting with individuals wherever she can help.

HR & Business Operations Manager

Ameer is a graduate of CUNY Hunter College with a BA in History, minoring in Economics and Media Studies. His foundation in hospitality began early—growing up in a family that operated gas stations across Long Island, by age nine he was already behind the cash register in the Hamptons, learning customer service and operational excellence firsthand. Today he brings project management precision and strong interpersonal skills to Amerivents.

Human Resources & Talent Manager

Tori May is a Human Resources & Talent Manager and NYC native with a background in Occupational Therapy, bringing a strategic and people-centered approach to workforce development. A graduate of Ithaca College with both Bachelor's and Master's degrees, her clinical training shaped her ability to assess complex environments. She began her career with Amerivents as part-time hospitality event staff—frontline insight that now informs her leadership and talent development approach.
